Ironside OSHC is managed
by the Ironside State School Parents and Citizens Association. Ironside OSHC is
committed to providing a quality service to parents and the community. Our
services include providing care for Prep to Grade 6 children at Ironside State
School during Before School Care, After School Care, Vacation Care, and Student Free Days.
Hours of Operation
Before School Care: 7am - 9am
After School Care: 3pm - 6pm
Vacation Care: 7am - 6pm
Student Free Day: 7am - 6pm
Activity Program
The
service program contains both structured and unstructured play, fun physical
games, and recreational challenges, as well as an area for children to complete
homework. Our aim is to ensure that all groups and abilities are recognised and
provided for during every session.
All staff members have current blue cards, up-to-date first aid qualifications,
anaphylaxis and asthma management certificates, and most staff are studying education,
childcare or other related fields.

Ironside OSHC currently has a waitlist for permanent places but usually has some casual places available.
